Circle of Management
An Executive Committee, consisting of the Chairman and CEO, President and COO and Chief Financial Officer, manages the company. Our management approach is an open one with maximum input from all employees. We conduct an annual Employee Survey which the Executive Committee and Senior Management Council utilize to ensure that we are doing everything necessary to hire, train and retain our employees.
