Where will I be located?
KLMK is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with a regional office in Birmingham. Alabama. All employees will be based out of Richmond or Birmingham and travel to project sites will be expected. Most of KLMK’s projects are east of the Mississippi River and range from Maine to Florida.
What is the training program for new employees?
The goal of KLMK’s training program is orient new employees to the KLMK culture and develop a greater familiarization with the services that our firm provides to our clients. KLMK University is a two day program that covers all aspects of being a KLMK employee including company history, a breakdown of KLMK services, marketing, IT, financial structures and mentoring programs.

Is there room for growth within the company?
KLMK promotes from within as often as possible, based on professional development and performance.
How much travel can I expect in my first year?
Most consultants can expect to spend 40 – 60 % of their time traveling.
Is there a structured program in place to provide feedback on my performance?
KLMK uses a Performance Evaluation Process to discuss business and personal development goals with each employee. The evaluation is done every October or November by the employee’s mentor and is intended to facilitate communication, recognition, mentoring and development. PEP allows specific goals and objectives to be set that will enable the organization to be successful while providing for the personal growth of the employee.
