Principal Consultant
GENERAL BACKGROUND AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Required Education – Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year program (Facility Planning - planning, architecture, design or administration; Project Management – architecture, engineering, building construction).
- Preferred Education – Masters degree from an accredited program (Facility Planning - planning, architecture, design or administration; Project Management – architecture, engineering, building construction, real estate development).
- Work Experience – minimum of 10 years of practical work experience.
- Communication – excellent oral presentation and written skills.
- Interpersonal – able to work well with others and participate as a team player.
- Goal Oriented – able to set goals and achieve them.
- Organizational Ability – able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects. Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and ensure quality of work.
- Computer Skills – Basic knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Windows.
- 60% travel required
Senior Consultant
GENERAL BACKGROUND AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Required Education – Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year program (Facility Planning - planning, architecture, design or administration; Project Management – architecture, engineering, building construction).
- Preferred Education – Masters degree from an accredited program (Facility Planning - planning, architecture, design or administration; Project Management – architecture, engineering, building construction, real estate development).
- Work Experience – 7-10 years of practical work experience in the healthcare project management field.
- Communication – excellent oral presentation and written skills.
- Interpersonal – able to work well with others and participate as a team player.
- Goal Oriented – able to set goals and achieve them.
- Organization – able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects. Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and ensure quality of work.
- Computer Skills – possess basic knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Windows.

Associate Consultant
