PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS
KLMK uses a Performance Evaluation Process to discuss business and personal development goals with each employee. The evaluation is done every October or November by the employee’s mentor and is intended to facilitate communication, recognition, mentoring and development. PEP allows specific goals and objectives to be set that will enable the organization to be successful while providing for the personal growth of the employee.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Principal Consultant
Principal Consultants with KLMK support the President and COO and Executive Committee in the growth and development of the group. This position carries direct responsibility for the obtainment of annual revenue goals. Principal Consultants are responsible for the recruitment, training, development and management of personnel. Other responsibilities include overseeing or managing, at an executive level, engagements, as assigned by the Chairman and CEO. Responsible for financial management of all engagements assigned. Candidates must be able to lead the consulting staff in developing creative solutions to planning engagements
Senior Consultant
Senior Consultants are involved in the management of projects or programs and multiple projects or programs as directed by senior leadership. Responsibilities include supervising the preparation, development and maintenance of the Master Program Budget and Schedule, updating the budget and schedule on a regular basis and preparing monthly Project Status Reports for each assigned project. As directed, the position supports the Principal Consulting staff in developing creative solutions to planning engagements. Senior Consultants are expected to participate and interact with clients as part of the engagement team.
Consultant
As directed, Consultants support the Senior Consulting staff in developing creative solutions to planning engagements. Consultants are expected to participate and interact with the client as part of the engagement team.
Associate Consultant

Intern
KLMK Interns are involved in the management of projects or programs, as directed by senior leadership. Interns assist in the preparation, development and maintenance of the Master Program Budget and Schedule. Other responsibilities include updating the budget and schedule on a regular basis and assisting in the preparation of monthly Project Status Reports for each assigned project. KLMK interns are exposed to all phases of project delivery from vision to occupancy.
