- Lead the Project Delivery Team in the development of:

- Master Site Plan
- Design Development documents
- Track project via Scope Control Matrix
- Review baseline data against industry benchmarks and future planning assumptions
- Develop and maintain a Master Program Schedule to include organization, design,
preconstruction, construction, and occupancy and close-out activities.
- Develop Project Schedule Performance Objectives
- Implement Project Performance Matrix
- Develop and maintain a Master Program Budget in order to capture costs of the project,
serve as a reporting tool and enable control of project costs.
- Utilize tracking tools and systems to ensure that the project remains on budget
